North Sumatra Police Confirms Five Deceased Bodies Found in Unpri are Cadavers

North Sumatra Regional Police Chief Inspector General Agung Setya Imam Effendi ensures the five deceased body in Prima Indonesia University are cadavers that were acquired legally as police have examined the documents of the cadavers. “The administrations that we have received proved that the cadavers were acquired legally,” says North Sumatra Police Chief on Thursday (12/14/2023). The police chief reveals his party have examined the documents of the cadaver and found that the cadaver is legal and used for medical student learning. “The related document of the five bodies have been examined. We already did come to the location, and they showed us the documents and other things that has to be shown. Based on all of those factors, we conclude that these bodies are cadavers used for medical student learning,” adds Agung. He adds that the cadavers have existed since 2008 and used for medical learning. Cadavers have always been used for medical learning by other universities as well. “Cadavers are used for medical practice. People has to understand that these cadavers have been existed since 2008. We know that cadaver is common for medical learning and I am sure other universities also has these cadavers as well,” conclude the police chief. (ad/my/pr/nm)
