inp.polri.go.id - North Sumatra Police Chief (Kapolda Sumut) Inspector General RZ Panca Putra Simajuntak, cut the ribbon for Darwati's house, celebrating the house that they have fixed or renovated on Jalan Pendidikan, Hamlet IX, East Sambirejo Village, Percut Seituan District, Deliserdang Regency. Other than Darwati, Zumal Arifin’s and 15 other’s house also been renovated. This social activites in renovating underprivileged families’ house is part of social activites in celebrating the 76th Anniversary of Bhayangkara.
Inspector General RZ Panca Putra Simajuntak said that this house renovation was to relieve and help the community.
"We do this social activity to ease the burden on the community. For the 76th Anniversary of Bhayangkara Day this year, 17 families were helped by renovating their homes," explained Kapolda Sumut.
He hopes that the North Sumatra Police (Polda Sumut) can renovate more residents' houses in the coming year.
"In the future, we will help and invite other community elements to help the poor. This is proof that we are on this together, in helping the community. This is also part of how we help the whole community," he explained.
According to the Kapolda, the National Police (Polri) is striving to be better at helping the community.
"Indeed, there is not much that we can do, but we, Polri, believe that we can help the community in lighten their burden. If this year is 17, next year it could more than that, up to two or three times the current number. To the families who got their house renovated, I congratulate you. Hopefully with this, the family will be blessed with the new atmosphere ," he explained.
On that occasion, Darwati (43), thanked Polda Sumut for renovating their house. "I'm grateful to get this immeasurable sustenance, hopefully the sustenance we receive with our family will be a blessing. Thank you Kapolda Sumut, the Deputy Chief of the North Sumatra Police, and all of his staff, I hope you are always in good health and in good fortune," he explained.
