Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Head of Indonesia National Police Police (INP) Education and Training Institute, Commissioner General Chryshnanda Dwilaksana, urged officers to reject arrogance and embrace service, saying the police must prove their value to society.
“Being a police officer must bring benefits. If not, there is no use. Remember, being a police officer has limits, but being part of the people has no limits,” he said in a statement Tuesday (30/9/2025), as reported by antaranews.com.
As chair of the Police Reform Transformation Team, he reminded officers that their identity is not tied to rank or authority but to service, protection, and dedication to the public. He called on all personnel to become “people’s police,” marked by sincerity, empathy, and integrity.
Chief Chryshnanda emphasized humility, honesty, and compassion as the foundations for building trust. He also called on police education institutions to instill moral, ethical, and spiritual values in training to shape humanist, trustworthy officers.
