inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Revi Zulkarnain, Head of the Kampung Rambutan Terminal in East Jakarta, stated that as of 2:00 PM on Sunday (3/29/2026) afternoon, the number of passengers arriving at the terminal had reached 4,330.
"As of 2:00 PM, a total of 4,330 passengers arrived on 122 intercity and interprovincial buses," said Revi Zulkarnain in Jakarta on Sunday (3/29/2026).
According to him, this number is higher than the 3,184 passengers arriving at the Kampung Rambutan Terminal on Saturday (3/28/2026), using 165 buses.
"Passengers will continue to arrive this afternoon," he said.
Meanwhile, as of 2:00 PM on Sunday afternoon, 793 passengers had departed from the Kampung Rambutan Bus Terminal using 60 buses.
On Saturday (3/28/2026), 1,061 people departed from this terminal for various areas using 148 buses.
He added that the majority of passengers traveling home and returning to Kampung Rambutan Terminal come from Surabaya, Malang, followed by Yogyakarta, Tegal, Pakalongan, Purwokerto, Wonosobo, Cilacap, Garut, Tasikmalaya, and Cianjur, all from Java.
"The largest number of passengers come from Sumatra, namely Padang, Palembang, Bengkulu, and Lampung," he said.
According to him, service at Kampung Rambutan Terminal during the homecoming and return period ran smoothly, without any significant problems.
Meanwhile, at Kampung Rambutan Terminal on Sunday, several passenger buses from various regions, both from Java and Sumatra, continued to arrive with their passengers.
Observations showed that the arriving buses were mostly filled with passengers returning to the capital city of Jakarta.
