This is part of their efforts in maintaining the rights of members of the police following the vision of the National Police Chief (Kapolri) General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Sc., which was then realized by the Bali Police Chief (Kapolda Bali) Inspector General Drs. Putu Jayan Danu Putra, S.H., M.Sc. The head of the HR bureau of Polda Bali, Commissioner Tri Bisono Soemiharso, S.I.K., M.H., said that one of the priority programs in the Bali Police Chief's commander wish is strengthening the recruitment, coaching, maintenance, and capacity building of personnel to create superior HR of Polda Bali in the era of police 4.0. "Speaking of the maintenance of Police members, some rights of Police members can be referred to PP No. 42 of 2010 concerning the Rights of Police Members. These rights include health services, legal assistance, security protection, day-off, equipment, honors, official housing/ dormitory/mess, transportation or official transportation, MPP, pensions, official funerals and funeral allowances; and spiritual, mental health, and traditional development," he explained. Among those rights, the HR bureau of Polda Bali has taken concrete steps to accelerate and optimize the services for the rights of Polri members as part of their efforts in taking care of the Police members. It is said that there are 3 programs that have been implemented, namely the compassion program, the housing/dormitory/mess fulfillment program for Police members through cooperation and collaboration with the private sector, the construction of flats in the Sanglah area of Denpasar, and the plan to build dormitories at the Karangasem Police and Jembrana Police, and spiritual and mental strengthening program. "That three programs are the policies of HR bureau of Polda Bali as the main implementer of the Bali Police's HR management. Kapolda Bali hopes to fulfill the rights of Bali Police members, although not entirely fulfill all rights comprehensively," he explained.
