The Southeast Kalimantan Provincial Police (Polda Kaltara) said that the HR Bureau of Polda Kaltara led by Commissioner Yusup Rahmanto, S.I.K., M.H., continues to innovate the institution, one of them is “NGOPI TERAS” which an abbreviation for Casual Chat Discussing Psychology with Personnel and the Community. The aim of this program is part of an effort from the Psychology Division of HR Bureau Polda Kaltara for Civil Servants and the Community. In addition, this program is aimed to monitor the psychological conditions of the officers in the region. It will also provide motivation and input for leaders in providing psychological advice to their personnel.
