inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Polda Metro Jaya has added another alternative routes to Bandung during the implementation of one-way of return flow. Previously, the police has prepared four alternative routes from Bandung, but now they add another one so that people can go to Bandung without being disturbed by the implementation of one-way traffic engineering on the main route. The Director of Traffic Unit (Dirlantas) of Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner Sambodo Purnomo Yogo said that the addition of an alternative route to Bandung was due to the traffic situation in the Puncak area which was dense. "We actually prepared 5 alternative routes, the first is through Puncak, however, it is not recommended because now it has a high volume of vehicles, so we added another route to Bandung which we will direct the travelers from the Ciawi Toll Gate (GT) to Sukabumi, then to Warung Kondang, Cianjur, and then they will finally arrive in Bandung," he explained, Friday (6/5/22). Commissioner Sambodo Purnomo Yogo said that the alternative route to Bandung that his party suggested the most was via the Jagorawi Toll Road, then exit at GT Cibubur, then go to Cileungsi, then to Jonggol. "After arriving at Jonggol, then move towards Cianjur, then Padalarang, and then you will finally arrived in Bandung. This is what we recommend the most," said Dirlantas. Dirlantas also prepared alternative route through Kalimalang which leads to Kedungwaringin and Karawang. "Continue to Purwakarta, Wanayasa, Lembang, and you will arrive in Bandung," he explained. For the last alternative route to Bandung, people can take the Kalimalang route which leads to Kedungwaringin, Karawang, Purwakarta to Sukatani. "Then continue towards Darangdan, Cikalong, Padalarang, and you will too arrive in Bandung," explained Dirlantas.
