The applicants are Eggi Sudjana and Damai Hari Lubis.

The Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Senior Superintendent Budi Hermanto, explained that the RJ request was submitted by the complainant's legal counsel to investigators via letter on Wednesday (1/14/2026).

"The request for restorative justice was submitted by the complainant's legal counsel to investigators via letter on Wednesday, January 14, 2026," he explained in an official statement on Friday (1/16/2026).

Budi emphasized that investigators will follow up on the request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

"Furthermore, investigators will follow up and process the request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations," he said.
