inp.polri.go.id - Depok. The Sub-regional Metro Police of Depok has examined the six teachers on the investigation of Wensen Daycare child abuse case. The abuse was committed by Meita Irianty as the owner of the daycare.

“In total, there are eleven witnesses with six of them are the teachers,” explains the Head of Depok Sub-regional Metro Police, Senior Superintendent Arya Perdana when confirmed on Monday (8/5/2024).

Following the examination, Arya says that the six teachers confessed that they did not see the suspect abuse the children.

“None of the teachers saw the abuse directly and just knew the incident from the CCTV cameras,” said Arya.

Arya says that as of today, Meita Irianty is still in Bhayangkara Polri Hospital as her pregnancy leaves the police unable to further the investigation process.
