inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) confirmed that the mysterious brown envelope in the Arya Daru Pangayunan case will be investigated. The envelope was found to contain Styrofoam heart-shaped envelopes, flowers, and stars.

"This clue will certainly serve as a basis for determining whether this is a new finding, a new development, or whether it can be comprehensively completed as part of the initial investigation process," said Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Head of Public Information for INP Public Relations Division, on Monday (8/25/2025).

Trunoyudo emphasized that his team is still closely monitoring the case. He stated that the investigative team is always open to input from the family regarding this case.

"Of course, all input from the Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police has been taken into account so far, and several interprofessional experts have been involved. However, we still need more information regarding this matter," said Brigadier General Trunoyudo.

In this case, the mysterious brown envelope was sent by an unknown person to the home of Arya Daru Pangayunan's family. Then, there was no writing on it, just a Styrofoam envelope.
