Police Sub-Inspector Second Class Purnomo, the Chief of Community Police Development Unit of the Community Development Unit of Lamongan Departmental Police, was invited by one of national TV to share his stories and experiences with a live programme in the said national TV that highlighted the topic of "Police Caring Each Other and the Neighbourhood".
The daily routine of Police Sub-Inspector Second Class Purnomo never stopped helping and putting smiles on people, especially in the community around his residence. Recently, he provided care to people with mental disorders free of charge and had a free ride-hailing service for the orphans and people with disabilities on their way from or to school.
Chief of Lamongan Departmental Police appreciated the positive attitude of his personnel that became viral, an example, and also an inspiration for everyone.
"I thank the activities of Police Sub-Inspector Second Class Purnomo. His stories inspire all people. I hope these activities never stopped and being sustainable", Chief of Lamongan Departmental Police said.
Police Sub-Inspector Second Class Purnomo also shares happiness for the appreciation from his best leader.
"All my dear beloved kids and I thanked for the attention and appreciation given to me", said the Police personnel who once sold eggs and birds to help Mrs Untung, who lives alone.
Police Sub-Inspector Second Class Purnomo also hoped that he would keep consistent in conducting mandates from good-hearted philanthropists.
