Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto led the National Pilgrimage and Solemn Reflection ceremony to commemorate Indonesia’s Heroes Day at the Kalibata National Heroes Cemetery in Jakarta late Sunday night (9/11/2025).

“Let us never forget their service and heroism. Moment of silence, begin!” he said, calling on attendees to honor the fallen who fought for Indonesia’s independence and sovereignty.

Arriving at 11.45 pm., President Prabowo, accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, laid a wreath at the Garuda Pancasila Monument inscribed with this year’s theme, “My Hero, My Role Model, Keep Moving Forward to Continue the Struggle.”

The ceremony, held under dim lights and accompanied by Truno Prawit’s “Mengheningkan Cipta,” concluded at 11.56 pm. Attendees included ministers, heads of state institutions, and military leaders such as Indonesian Military (TNI) Commander General Agus Subiyanto and Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
