inp.polri.go.id- Makassar. The South Sulawesi Regional Regional Police together with the National Computer and Informatics Student Association (Permikomnas) held a mass vaccination on the campus of the State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar, Monday (07/19/2021).

This vaccination activity targets a thousand participants from students from various campuses in Makassar City.

Chairman of National Computer and Informatics Student Association Khusniyati, said this vaccination was to support the central government's program in achieving the national vaccine target in order to make Indonesia healthy and Indonesia to rise.

In addition, the mass vaccination which was held at the Makassar UIN campus with the South Sulawesi Regional Police was the first to be held in the country.

So it is hoped that it can become a role model or model for all campuses in the country.

Meanwhile, the South Sulawesi Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Merdisyam, appreciated the mass vaccination activity initiated by National Computer and Informatics Student Association.

According to him, the provision of the Covid 19 vaccine is to form immunity for students and students to avoid transmission of Covid 19.

In addition, the Regional Police Chief also hopes that if the vaccination in South Sulawesi has reached eighty percent, he will support the face-to-face learning process to be reopened.

For the mass vaccination held at the UIN Alauddin Makassar campus today, the number of participants has reached a thousand participants. 700 people from students and three hundred people from highschool students.
