Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Superintendent Hety Padmawati received the Leadership Award at the International Association of Women Police (IAWP) Training Conference 2026 at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, on Sunday (20/9/2026).

Chief Hety, currently serving as Deputy Director of General Crime Investigation at the Lampung Regional Police and former East Lampung Police Chief, was recognized for her dedication and leadership contributions in law enforcement.

"This award demonstrates that Indonesian female police officers possess the capacity, competence, and leadership to contribute on both national and international stages," said Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko,the  Head of the Public Information Bureau of the Indonesian National Police  (INP) Public Relations Division.

Chief Hety expressed pride in representing Indonesia and Polda Lampung, noting that the achievement highlights the ability of female officers to excel professionally while balancing personal responsibilities.
