The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, stated that the government guarantees and recognizes the rights of landowners affected by the disaster in Sumatra.

Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Indonesia, Nusron Wahid, said that the government has prepared around 3,100 hectares of land in North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, to support the infrastructure of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). He said that the land is outside the IKN area.
