"Agrarian and spatial policies will only be meaningful if they truly benefit the community," said Minister Nusron, Thursday (9/25/2025).

He said this step is a way to realize Astacita, by ensuring that land is always protected and space is organized, so that the benefits are felt by the community now and future generations.

He also reviewed the journey of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning since the enactment of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations (UUPA), which serves as the main foundation.

UUPA is seen as a historic milestone that reaffirms the constitutional mandate that land, water, and natural resources are controlled by the state and utilized for the greatest prosperity of the Indonesian people.
