inp.polri.go.id - The Directorate of Special Economic Crimes of the National Police, blocked the remaining funds in the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) account, which approximately up to IDR 8 billion.
"The latest information that we got is that investigators managed to secure the remaining Rp3 billion from several ACT foundation accounts, and also found another Rp5 billion, which will also be secured," told the Head of General Information of the National Police Public Relations Division, Commissioner Nurul Azizah in a press conference, Tuesday (8/2).
The Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police investigators has identified four suspects in the alleged fund abuse for the victims of the Lion Air plane accident, which is managed by the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) foundation.
The four suspects are Ahyudin as the founder and former chairman of ACT, Ibnu Khajar as the current chairman of ACT, Hariyana Hermain as Senior Vice President and Member of the ACT Presidium Council, and Novariadi Imam Akbari as Secretary of ACT.
