The West Aceh Sub-regional Police trains their personnel ahead Mantap Brata Seulawah Operation, which was held in their HQ. “This training is aimed to ensure that our personnel involved could carry out their duty in support to realize operation goals,” says the West Aceh Police Chief, Police Grand Commissioner Adjutant, Andi Kirana, quoted from Antaranews on Wednesday (10/11/2023). According to him, the training would be held for three days, from October 10th- 12th, 2023. The aim for the training was to build professional, superior, and competent human resources, in accordance to their expertise. “The operation personnel must be prepared, trained and improved its capabilities, both their individual and team work skills,” says police chief. Kirana says that police operation must start with pre-operation training to ensure that personnel understand and aware of the intention of the operation. He then explains that Mantap Brata Seulawah 2023-2024 pre-Operation was meant to provide personnel with tactical and technical knowledge for the smoothness of the operations.
