INP.polri.go.id - Mataram. Sub-Directorate IV of Directorate of Special Crimes of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police revealed Human Trafficking case with country destination Middle East. After introduced to LS, victim was willing to be sent to Middle East. The victim also knew the victim faked her/his identity. "The suspect F introduced the victim PPD to her/his sponsor, inial LS. Then the suspect LS made fake documents, identity card and family card. The victim's birth was changed from February 15, 2004 to February 15, 1998," the middle officer of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police said, Thursday (07//22/21). Besides changing the victim's date of birth to be older to meet he requirement for having Identity Card, suspect also changed victim's address. The suspect LS is threatened with 15 years in jail ane fine IDR 600 million (USD 45,000). Perpretator is charged with Article 6 and or 10 and or 11 Law Number 21 Year 2007 on eradication of human trafficking.
