"A total of 343 security personnel were deployed, consisting of 261 police officers from the Bandar Lampung Sub-regional City Police and assisted by the Lampung Regional Regional Police's Uniformed Unit and the Regional Mobile Brigade Unit," said Head of Public Relations of the Bandar Lampung Sub-regional City Police, Police Senior Inspector Agustina Nilawati, in Bandar Lampung, on Friday (5/30/2025).

He said that the solidarity and fundraising action for Palestine would be marked by the masses holding a long march from the Taqwa Mosque to the Adipura Monument.

"We have prepared an anticipation for a traffic jam. However, this is only situational by looking and examining the conditions at the location," he said.

He also appealed to the participants of Palestinian solidarity action to maintain security and order and to continue to pay attention to the rights of other people.

"We ask the participants of the action to continue to pay attention to the rights of other people and to continue to maintain each other's security during the activity," he said.

He said that with a humanistic approach from police personnel, it is hoped that the peaceful action to defend Palestine can run orderly without any people being harmed.
