inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Investigators of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Unit found evidence of forgery committed by the Head of Kohod Village, Arsin, in the sea fence case. In this case, the forgery was committed by the accused for the letters used as the basis for the sea fence.

"What was confiscated were the objects used to commit forgery, the tools used to make the forged letters, and other documents used to help commit forgery," said the Director of General Crimes of INP, Brigadier General Djuhandani Raharjo Puro on Tuesday (2/11/2025).

He explained that in this case, the accused had forged a letter by printing and signing it. The letter was used to submit a measurement application and a request for recognition of rights to the Tangerang Regency Land Office.

In carrying out his actions, the reported party was assisted by several individuals from ministries and institutions.

"Evidence of ownership of rights in the form of SHGB and SHM was issued over the sea waters of Kohod Village, Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province," he explained.
