inp.polri.go.id - Bali. The Indonesian National Police (INP) deploys 1,438 personnel of traffic units to escort the VVIP-VIP guests to delegates of the 2nd Indonesia-Africa Forum (IAF) Summit and High Level Forum on Multi Stakeholders Partnership (HLF MSP) in Bali.
The Law Enforcement Traffic Director of INP Traffic Corps, Brigadier General Raden Slamet Widodo says that the thousands of personnel will escort the arrival and the departure of the guests. Of the 1,438 personnel, 328 personnel are tasked to secure and escort the VVIP-VIP guests and delegates.
The One-Star General also conveyed that for the Gala Dinner event in Intercontinental Bali Resort on Sunday (9/1/2024), his party has prepared traffic engineering for six areas. The Traffic Accident Analysis (TAA) Unit also deployed as anticipation.
According to him, efforts prepared by the police, other than offering comforts for the guests, also provides safety for tourists and locals alike.
“We also appreciate Balinese for your tolerance and patience for this current traffic situation. We from the police and the military have prepared all this plan to ensure these activities go smoothly,” says Brigadier General Slamet.
