73 Personnel Participate in Smart Off-Roading Training at Central Kalimantan Regional Police

Central Kalimantan Regional Police In order to improve the ability of personnel to drive vehicles that have a propulsion system on all four wheels (4×4), the Central Kalimantan Regional Police held an innovative Off-Roading training at the Arya Dharma Hall of the Central Kalimantan Police Headquarters, Friday (08/10/2021) at 08.00 AM. The training was opened directly by the Central Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector-General Dedi Prasetyo was attended by the Deputy Chief of Police, Brigadier General Pol. Ida Oetari Poernamasasi, Military Regional Command 102 Panju Panjung Colonel Inf. Yudianto Putrajaya, the leading official of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police, the principal office of the Military Resort Command 102 Panju Panjang and the Head of the Resort Police virtually. Wahyu Lamban and Muhammad Reza Hari Putra, as trainers, provided training for two days and was attended by 73 personnel spread across the ranks of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police and National Armed Forces personnel face to face and online. The Regional Police Chief said that the primary material in this training was how 4×4 vehicle operators operate double axles and winches and prioritize safety and security. "I hope that the trainers and training participants will continue to apply health protocols during activities, increase their seriousness and focus when carrying out exercises to improve their abilities and skills in driving off-road vehicles," he explained. He further added that all involved obeying the instructions given by the trainer to prevent excesses or accidents that arise due to negligence during training and maintain personal health and safety during the training. "Hopefully, this kind of training can improve the capabilities and skills of the personnel in operating off-road vehicles," he concluded.
