Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Secretary-General of the Ministry of Agriculture Kasdi Subagyono said that he has to answer17 questions from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators .
"I have testified. We will continue to abide by the legal process. For the technical details, please refer to the investigators," he said after an 11-hour questioning at the KPK headquarters in South Jakarta on Tuesday (10/10/23),
"Today, I provided my testimony. I felt at ease because the investigators were both approachable and professional. We will continue to abide by the legal process," he said.
Ali Fikri, Head of the KPK's Information Department, confirmed Kasdi Subagyono's status as a witness for another suspect's case file.
KPK has imposed travel bans on nine individuals in connection with the investigation into alleged corruption at the Ministry of Agriculture.This travel restriction is in effect until April 2024 and may be extended as deemed necessary for the ongoing investigation.
