inp.polri.go.id - Balikpapan. Ahead of the 79th Independence Day of Indonesia, East Kalimantan Regional Police held a Tactical Floor Game (TFG) for security preparation.

The activity was led by East Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Nanang Avianto.

The security for the 79th Indonesian Independence Day will involve ranks of East Kalimantan Regional Police, such as Samarinda Sub-regional City Police, Balikpapan Sub-regional Metro Police, Kukar Sub-regional Police, and North Penajam Paser Sub-regional Police. The security operation will also be supported by the Indonesian National Police, units from South Kalimantan Regional Police, Central Kalimantan Regional Police, and a collaboration with Presidential Guards, military, institutions, and related stakeholders.

Operations will be held for 10 days, from August 9th to August 18th. East Kalimantan Regional Police will prioritize preemptive and preventive strategy for the operation and will be supported with intelligence activity, law enforcement, public relations, and other security aids to ensure a safe situation.

On the other hand, Head of East Kalimantan Regional Police Public Relations, Senior Superintendent Yuliyanto says that his party is committed to provide the best service to guarantee a safe and conducive situation.

“The TFG is part of our effort in creating a safe and conducive situation during the 79th Independence Day celebration and committed to provide the best security so that the entire series of activities can run safely and smoothly," said Yuliyanto.
