Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. Bali immigration Office have deported 27-year-old American tourist Mitchell McMahon after he vandalized a health clinic in Pecatu, Badung, Bali, endangering other patients. 

"His actions threatened public order and violated immigration rules," said Bali Immigration Office Chief Parlindungan on Monday (14/4/2025).

McMahon entered Indonesia using a visa on arrival valid until 1 May 2025. Although his act, which went viral on social media, falls under criminal charges for property damage, the case was settled out of court after he paid Rp 35 million in compensation to the clinic.

McMahon also violated Article 75 of the Immigration Law, leading to his deportation and temporary blacklisting. He departed Bali on a flight on Monday evening.
