inp.polri.go.id -  In order to welcome the Water and Air Police 72nd Anniversary, the Banten Police Water and Air Police Directorate planted 1,000 keben trees along the coast of Anyer Cinangka Beach to Carita, Thursday (11/17). The tree planting is a concrete step towards a better environment for coast rehabilitation. The Director of Water and Air of Banten Police, Commissioner Giuseppe Reinhard Gultom, during the activity, he invited the public, businessmen, and green activists to preserve maritime sustainability in Banten Province by planting keben trees. “We planted keben trees to be the wave breakers to prevent abrasion and landslides in the area," explained Commissioner Giuseppe. According to him, there are many benefits to be gained from this activity. Among them is to preserve nature as well as a natural wave-breaking plant that can disperse big waves.
