The partnership was formalized during a strategic coordination meeting in Jakarta on Monday (28/7/2025).
“We are fully committed to supporting national food price stabilization with Bulog. This ensures access to quality food at fair prices for all citizens,” said Lieutenant General Mohammad Fadjar, the Commander of Kostrad, as quoted by antaranews.com..
The initiative is part of the Cheap Food Movement (GPM) and the SPHP Rice Program, aiming to accelerate nationwide food delivery and stabilize the market.
Bulog’s CEO, Achmad Rizal Ramdhani, said that military synergy will help expand food distribution efficiently and reach vulnerable communities.
Bulog plans to broaden partnerships with other national institutions, including the Indonesian National Police, to strengthen long-term food security.
