Papua - Religious tolerance is felt in Papua. One of them is the Chief of Nemangkawi Operations, Police Brigadier General Ramdhani Hidayat, represented by Chief of Community Development Unit (Binmas) of Pegunungan Bintang Departmental Police, Police Inspector First Class Sabtuwiaji, who gave 20 bibles to the congregation of GIDI Sion Church of Oksibil on Monday, November 8, 2021, at 09.30 - 11.05.
The Binmas personnel attending the event are Police Inspector First Class Sabtuwiaji, Police Brigadier First Class Edward S S Habibu, Police Brigadier Second Class Rudy Cakradini, and Police Sub-Inspector Second Class Elias Sokaro.
Chief of Binmas Unit, Police Inspector First Class Sabtuwiaji, said, "We hope our aid of Bibles from the Binmas Noken Task Force of Indonesian National Police could help the congregation of GIDI Sion Church of Oksibil and the relationship between Noken Community Development Task Force and the church congregation becomes stronger".
Mr Niger Salyapo, as the representative of the congregation, thanked the Police who gave Bibles to the Congregation of GIDI Sion Church of Oksibil.
