Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police Visits Security Post of 2021 Ketupat Musi Operation to Ensure Personnel's Readiness

Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police, Police Inspector General, Eko Indra Heri, accompanied by prominent officials of South Sumatra Regional Police and Chief of Banyuasin Departamental Police, Imam Turmudi, visits the insulation checkpoints of 2021 Ketupat Musi Operation in Banyuasin regencies such as Talang Kelapa district (Kilometre 13), Betung State Police School security post (Kilometre 73), Durian Daun security post (Kilometre 65), and Sembawa security post (Kilometre 30). Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police explains that the visitation aims to ensure adherence to the government's policy to ban homecoming during the 2021 Eid holiday on every walk of life Covid-19 pandemic can be optimally controlled. "Do not let our country become India, where the Covid-19 new cases and deaths have been rapidly increasing there. Therefore, we have to anticipate it", Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police said. The two-star general added that his visits to those security posts also checked personnel's readiness for the 2021 Ketupat Musi Operation either from the Army, Police, and other institutions. During that activity, the Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police, along with the entourage, give the Eid parcels for insulation and security checkpoint's officers as a symbol of concern and attention of the leaders towards their personnel in the field.
