As major emerging economies, Minister Wang said China and Indonesia share responsibility to uphold the UN’s authority, inject stability into global affairs, and contribute to addressing international challenges. He emphasized building a community with a shared future through deeper coordination and joint planning, according to antaranews.com.
Minister Sugiono reaffirmed Indonesia’s commitment to enhancing ties with China, including pragmatic cooperation in energy, mineral resources, and maritime development. He said Indonesia will provide a conducive business environment for Chinese companies while advancing the comprehensive strategic partnership.
Both ministers also exchanged views on international and regional issues, including the Middle East, underscoring their shared interest in promoting peace, stability, and inclusive development.
