Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi announced on Monday (17/3/2025) the acceleration of the appointment of civil servant candidates (CPNS) from the 2024 intake, moving it from October to June 2025, while the appointment of government contract employees (PPPK) has been moved from March 2026 to October 2025.

During a press conference, on Monday (17/3/2025), Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi announced the instruction of President Prabowo Subianto,   saying that all ministries, agencies, and local administration must follow through according to their readiness and requirements. 

Minister Prasetyo said that iit will be the last affirmative policy for government contract employees  hiring before reverting to regular recruitment procedures.

The Ministry of PANRB and the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) are currently finalizing a roadmap for the synchronized appointment of both civil servant candidates and government contract employees, ensuring budgetary provisions remain unaffected.

The government had earlier postponed the appointment of civil servant candidates  to October 2025 and government contract employees to March 2026 due to the need for further alignment of positions, formations, and budget allocations.
