The sago taro program (Self-Health Symbol of Healthy Guna) continues to be carried out by the personnel of the National Police Medical Team by moving around to reach people in rural areas who need health assistance, but they are constrained by distance from health care facilities such as health centers and hospitals.

This time the Police Medical Team personnel came to Kago Village to provide health services to people who need help, Thursday (11/03/22).

Ipda dr. Richard Adson, in his opportunity said that we will continue to intensify the Sago Keladi program in Puncak Regency with the hope that in the future it can reach all people in rural areas.

"The health services that we provide to the community every day are in the form of checks to free treatment to improve health for people's lives," he explained.

Today we provide free health services to people in Kampung Kago and Kampung Kimak who complain of experiencing pain, namely Ibu Because Murib (47), Ibu Jane Mom (45), Ibu Proverbs Mom (40), Son Melton Mom (9 ), Mr. Trtmis (18) and Mr. Stefanus Mom (57).

"It is hoped that the health services we provide to the community can be useful and heal people who are experiencing illness," he added.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Public Relations Task Force for Ops Damai Cartenz 2022, Kombes Pol. Ahmad Mustifa Kamal, explained that the presence of the National Police in Papua is not only tasked with providing a sense of security for the community, but we are also tasked with providing health services to the community.

"We hope that with the implementation of the sago taro program activities, the community can receive the benefits and they can recover from their illness soon," concluded the Head of the Public Relations Task Force.
