To support the National Vaccine Acceleration Program and reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the Directorate of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police held a precision vaccine booth at the One-Stop Administration System field of Serang Regency on Friday (17/12/21).
This precision vaccine activity was attended by the Chief Deputy of Banten Regional Police, Police Brigadier General Ery Nursatari, Director of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Rudy Purnomo, Chief of Serang Departemental Police, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant Yudha Satria, Head of Regional Revenue Service of Banten Province, Opar Sohari, Directorate of Traffic Security High-Rank Executives and Head of Serang Departemental Police Traffic Unit.
In this activity, the Chief Deputy of Banten Regional Police accompanied by the Director of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police, Chief of Serang Departemental Police and Head of Banten Regional Revenue Agency had the opportunity to have a dialogue with the community who will implement the Covid-19 Vaccine and the Chief Deputy of Banten Regional Police symbolically gave food packages to people affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Director of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Rudy Purnomo, in the Precision Vaccine Outlet activity, said that the Indonesian National Police would continue to support the Government in accelerating vaccinations to deal with the spread of the Covid-19 virus. "Through this Covid-19 Vaccine Outlet activity, this is a form of Indonesian National Police's support for the Government to accelerate the COVID-19 vaccination for the community in dealing with COVID-19," said the Director of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police.
He continued, conveying that the Covid-19 Vaccination Acceleration Activity through the Covid-19 Vaccine Outlet is a real and promising step towards the National Herd Immunity in the Banten Regional Police jurisdiction. The Serang Departemental Police supported the vaccine booth at the Directorate of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police by deploying a team of Health Workers from the Serang Departemental Police Medical and Health Section who carried out vaccinations to the community. As a result, it was very visible that people were taking the vaccine, enthusiastic from the community who had been queuing up to administer the vaccine from the morning.
In the same place, the Director of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police explained that apart from running a vaccine booth, the Directorate of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police carried out Friday Blessings activities to share with people in need. "Today, at the same place, we are holding Blessing Friday by distributing food packages to people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which the Chief Deputy of Banten Regional Police symbolically handed over," explained the Director of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police.
Finally, the Director of Traffic Security of the Banten Regional Police hopes that by holding this activity, the community will follow the vaccine and avoid Covid-19. "We hope that people who have carried out vaccinations can prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
