Inp.polri.go.id - Borong. Female police officers from the East Manggarai Sub-regional Police conducted psychological trauma healing sessions for residents in North Lamba Leda District, East Manggarai Regency, on Monday (17/8/2026).

The humanitarian operation targeted post-disaster emotional recovery, utilizing humanistic interaction, group counseling, and supportive dialogue to alleviate psychological distress among local families following recent regional emergencies.

East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Acting head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Sajimin said that police duties extend beyond public security to active psychological and humanitarian assistance.

"The Indonesian National Police will continue to stand alongside the community, providing psychological reinforcement and support whenever residents face challenging circumstances," he said.

TheEast Manggarai Police is committed to ensure that public safety measures are accompanied by moral support and community reassurance across East Nusa Tenggara, Chief Sajimin said.
