inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto wished everyone a happy Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah, celebrated every 1st of Shawwal, which this year the government has set for Saturday, March 21, 2026.

For the President, the Eid al-Fitr moment is an opportunity to strengthen togetherness among the nation's citizens as one big family.

"My fellow countrymen and women, wherever you are. Alhamdulillahi Rabbil 'alamin, all praise be to Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala who has brought us all together on this day of victory. I, Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia, on behalf of myself, my family, and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, wish you a happy Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah," said President Prabowo on Saturday (3/21/2026).

"I apologize for any shortcomings. Let us use this Eid al-Fitr moment to forgive one another, strengthen our ties, and strengthen our unity as one nation amidst the various challenges we face," he continued.

President Prabowo then invited all Indonesians, including Muslims in the country celebrating Eid al-Fitr, to work hard together to build Indonesia.

"Let us continue to strengthen our togetherness as one big Indonesian family. Let us work harder to help each other, and together build a fairer, more prosperous, and stronger Indonesia," said President Prabowo.

Finally, he concluded his remarks with a prayer for all Indonesians.

"May Allah accept all our good deeds and continue to bestow His mercy and blessings upon the Indonesian nation," said President Prabowo.
