Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati has called on the Indonesian National Police (INP) to actively support efforts to maintain the health of the state budget.
“The police also have a responsibility to help safeguard the state budget,” she said during the National Police’s 2025 Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang) on Friday (20/6/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.
Minister Sri Mulyani emphasized that the state budget continues to support national development priorities—such as food and energy security, education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation—through key government programs like Free Nutritious Meals (MBG), Red and White Village Cooperatives, and People’s Schools.
The Finance Minister stressed the vital role of law enforcement in ensuring the effective implementation of these programs by maintaining public trust, legal certainty, and a secure environment for investment and economic growth.
She also highlighted collaboration between her ministry and the INPe, especially in customs enforcement and tax compliance.
