Inp.polri.go.id – North Sumatra. North Sumatra Regional Police held Toba Sikat Operation since October 30th to November 5th. During that operation, police have arrested hundreds of criminals.
The North Sumatra Police PR Chief, Grand Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi says there are 158 cases of aggravated and non-aggravated crime have been uncovered.
“From the case uncovering, there are 178 criminals arrested,” he said quoted from Inews on Monday (11/6/2023).
He then reveals that the Toba Sikat Operation personnel have also arrested 81 fugitives who are on the wanted list along with 61 confiscated evidence.
“The hundreds of suspects have been imprisoned at North Sumatra and Sub-regional Police HQs for further examination,” he adds.
Previously, the North Sumatra Police Chief, Inspector General Agung Setya Imam Effendi explains that the operation targets the aggravated and violence criminals.
