Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) has called up 32 players to prepare for the national team's final two matches in the third round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Asian qualifiers this June.

“We’re maintaining core players while also giving new talent a chance to prove themselves,” said Head coach Patrick Kluivert in the official statement on Sunday (18/5/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

Indonesia will host China on 5 June 202 and travel to Japan on 10 June 2025. Notably absent from the squad is forward Ragnar Oratmangoen, a regular starter in previous matches. Meanwhile, captain Asnawi Mangkualam returns after missing the March games, thanks to strong performances in the Thai league.

Several Liga 1 standouts, including Stefano Lilipaly and Yakob Sayuri, have also been called up.

Currently ranked fourth in Group C with nine points, Indonesia remains in contention for either a direct World Cup berth or a fourth-round Asian qualifier spot.
