Indonesian National Commission on Human Rights, Ombudsman, and National Police Commission Appreciate the Police Innovations for Public Services

inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. To improve public services, the Police are constantly innovating to transform public services in a better direction. One of the innovations made by the Indonesian National Police was the launch of the Dumas (Public Complaints) application, Presisi or e-Dumas.

E-Dumas is an application that makes it easy for people to make complaints online without coming to the police station. In addition to being a very effective media for the community, e-Dumas also provides information about handling reported cases.

Since its launch on Wednesday, 24 February 2021, the Indonesian National Police's innovation has received appreciation from various stakeholders. Indonesian National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM), the Ombudsman, and the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) also appreciated Indonesian National Police's innovation in providing services to the public using a technological approach.

It should be noted that the e-Dumas application can be downloaded via the Play store and the App store to easy access and reliability for the public. (gn)
