inp.polri.go.id - Bogor. A search was conducted by the Indonesian National Police (INP)'s Anti-Corruption Corps in conjunction with the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police in the Parahyangan Golf 2 area, Sentul, Bogor Regency, Wednesday (7/8/2026). 

The search was conducted as part of an investigation into alleged corruption, bribery, gratuities, and money laundering (TPPU).

From a house in Sentul, investigators confiscated 74 kilograms of gold bullion and cash in various currencies with a total value estimated at IDR 476 billion. 

The Head of INP Anti-Corruption Corps, Inspector General Totok Suharyanto, stated that all the valuables were found inside a previously locked safe.

"We found a locked safe. After opening it, it contained seven suitcases. The first contained 74 kilograms of gold bullion. Then, USD 4,767,300. Then, SGD 14,083,800. The total estimated value in rupiah is IDR 476 billion," explained Totok early Thursday (7/9/2026).

In addition to gold and cash, he said, investigators also seized several documents, cell phones, and family photos suspected of being related to the homeowner and the items stored in the safe. However, the police have not yet revealed the identity of the homeowner or the party suspected of owning all the assets worth hundreds of billions of rupiah.

"We have also confiscated several documents, including cell phones, and several family photos suspected of being the homeowner and the owner of the items in the safe. We will continue to confiscate the evidence," he said.
