Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo was named an Honorary Member during the opening of the 16th Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah Congress at Pancasila Field, Semarang, Central Java, on Saturday (8/8/2026).

"This honor is a responsibility and a bond of brotherhood between the police and Tapak Suci to serve the nation," he said.

Tapak Suci Chairman Muhammad Afnan Hadikusumo conferred the honor during the event. Chief Sigit highlighted the martial arts organization’s strategic role in partnering with police as a social cooling system to combat hoaxes, drugs, and online gambling under the iNP’s security initiatives. 

Muhammadiyah Chairman Haedar Nashir officially opened the congress, which drew high-ranking officials and thousands of delegates.
