Inp.polri.go.id - Sukabumi. Indonesian National Police (INP) Deputy Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo has called on 1,158 newly commissioned police officers to deliver “real improvements” to the public as they begin duty after graduating from the Police Inspector School (SIP) Batch 54, Wave II, Fiscal Year 2025, in Sukabumi, West Java, on Thursday (6/11/2025).
“This is not just a promotion ceremony. It is the beginning of change. The public is waiting for action, not promises. Show that your presence brings real improvement to the image of the Police,” he said in his address, as reported by antaranews.com.
Chief Dedi said that the true test begins once officers return to their assignments, urging them to lead with integrity, improve frontline services, and engage directly with the community.
He also stressed three national priorities, namely, combating narcotics, smuggling, and online gambling, while reminding officers to use social media wisely.
“Use digital space to build trust, not controversy,” Chief Dedi asserted.
