inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Investigators from the Directorate of General Crimes of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Unit said that the Kohod Village Head had been questioned relating to the sea fence case. Police examined the village chief as a witness.
"Yes, he has been questioned as a witness according to his rights, we will continue to prioritize the principle of the presumption of innocence," said Director of INP General Crimes Directorate Brigadier General Djuhandani Raharjo Puro on Monday (2/10/2025).
He added that so far the questioning has been carried out on 44 witnesses. Then, investigators will still wait for the results of the forensic laboratory.
"From the examination, in addition to the actions that occurred, investigators also found a modus operandi where the accused and his colleagues made use of fake letters in making measurement and recognition of rights applications to the Tangerang Regency Land Office," said the Director.
