Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Jakarta Health Office reports 365 patients are positive Covid-19 as of December 13th, 2023. Officials states there were 57 cases on December 11th, 2023, then increased on the next day with 127 cases, and further rockets to 131 on December 13th, 2023. “The fatalities since December 1st – 10th are two people, while there have been no fatalities since December 11th – 13th,” says Surveillance, Epidemiology and Immunization Head Section of Jakarta Health Office, Ngabila Salama on Thursday (12/14/2023). Ngabila says as of Wednesday December 13th, 2023, 44 Covid-19 patients are being treated in the hospital while 32 others were being isolated after showing Covid-19 symptoms. Ngabila adds there are 12 other patients who are being treated at the ICU. Jakarta Health Office reports that bed occupancy in hospitals are still under control with only below 5% as there are no Covid-19 outbreak in Jakarta. “Jakarta Health Office would like to remind the people who have the symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, impaired sense of smell, or others, to immediately go to the nearest Community Health centers or Hospital for further treatment,” implored Ngabila.
