Inp.polri.go.id – Jambi. Jambi Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Rusdi Hartono attends the High-Level Meeting of Regional Inflation Handling Team (TPID) on Thursday (3/7/2024). The meeting, led by Jambi Governor, aimed to plan and discuss about TPID programs in strategically monitoring food supply, while preparing strategic measures and regulations to handle the inflation ahead Ramadan. During the meeting, the governor hopes that the event, which invites all important institutions, able to strengthen the cooperation in maintaining food price and supply in Jambi to maintain public security and order. On that occasion, Jambi Regional Police Chief also conveys his thoughts regarding TPID and Food Task Force in the Regency/City. He said that the two parties still have a lot of from for improvement. “Maintain strong cooperation with merchants and distributors to prevent hoardings and to support the government efforts in maintaining economic balance. Amidst this political year, issues like this could be twisted for political gains and eventually disturb public security and order,” said Jambi Regional Police Chief. (ad/mz/pr/nm)
