Inp.polri.go.id – Maluku. The Preventive Task Force of Salawaku Mantap Brata Operation escorts the arrival of presidential election candidate ballots in Ambon, Pattimura Airport. All the ballots will be spread across the province. “Security and escort effort for the additional ballots of nine regencies/cities in Maluku has been going smoothly,” said Maluku Regional Police Public Relations Chief, Senior Superintendent Roem Ohoirat on Tuesday (1/31/2024). Furthermore, Roem says that the additional ballots will be sent to Buru Regency (765), South Buru (127), Tanimbar Island (1,212), Central Maluku (452), Southeast Maluku (661), Western Seram (251), Eastern Seram (621), Ambon City (136), and Tual (205). On the other hand, Roem told that the security operation began from airport and was transported by trucks. The trucks were escorted by the police to be delivered to Maluku General Election Commission (KPU). (ad/ay/pr/nm)
