inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Manpower Yassierli emphasized the importance of improving the quality and accessibility of the Ministry of Manpower's public services to ensure they are more accessible to the public.

He stated that services such as Job Loss Insurance (JKP), job training, and the job market are a primary focus so that workers can obtain optimal services.

According to him, these services must have quick, easy, and responsive access because they directly relate to the needs of the community.

"I want services to be problem-free. Indeed we have our own challenges, however I don't want there to be any more problematic services and applications, downtime, or unreachable contact information," said the Minister of Manpower on Tuesday (3/31/2026).

He believes that problematic public services are not merely technical issues, but can directly impact the public's access to employment protection and programs.

In a situation still under pressure, Yassierli stated that the state is required to be present through reliable and accessible services.

Therefore, he asked all of his work units within the ministry to strengthen coordination and improve internal working methods so that public services do not operate individually.

Yassierli emphasized that a single public service often relies on the support of many units, so improvements must be carried out collaboratively.

"We are trying to make this ministry a good place to grow. Post-Eid, we are going to improve our  cooperation. One service is supported by many work units, so I hope these things will become our capital," he said.

In addition to strengthening coordination, Yassierli also encouraged more efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient work patterns.

According to him, internal improvements are necessary in line with constantly changing global challenges, ranging from economic pressures to energy crises in several countries.

For him, this situation should serve as a reminder that the quality of public services must not decline.
