"The Ministry of Manpower continues to encourage K3 to be understood not only as compliance with regulations, but as a work culture embedded in every workplace," said the Yassierli on Wednesday (5/13/2026).
He emphasized that strengthening the competency of K3 experts is also a crucial part of supporting the transformation of the increasingly dynamic and high-risk world of work.
In emphasizing their commitment, the Ministry of Manpower held the Phase 2 Evaluation of the Development and Certification of General K3 Experts, attended by 2,100 participants from various regions in Indonesia on May 12-13, 2026.
This activity, held in collaboration with Occupational Safety and Health Services Companies (PJK3), is a strategic step by the Ministry of Manpower to strengthen the competency of prospective K3 experts in promoting a safe, healthy, and productive work culture in the workplace.
The evaluation was conducted simultaneously in various regions across Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar, as part of an effort to expand the strengthening of OSH competencies in the workplace.
The Minister of Manpower assessed that the presence of these 2,100 prospective General OSH Experts represents a crucial investment in strengthening the national employment ecosystem.
