Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police has launched a new initiative, “Lapor Aman Kota Tua” (Old Town Safe Report), to ensure a safer and more orderly environment in Jakarta’s historic Old Town (Kota Tua) tourist area.
“This program is part of the SIGRAVINAS project, an integrated system for monitoring and addressing security risks in tourism areas,” said Superintendent Rusmiati Wahyu Lestari, the Head of Tourism Division at the Directorate of Vital Object Protection, on Sunday (12/10/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com
The program enables visitors, residents, and business owners to report safety issues, public facility damage, or sanitation problems quickly via WhatsApp (0813-1032-385), QR codes, or at the Lapor Aman On The Spot post in the Lorong Seni Rupa entrance.
“All reports go directly to the command center and are transparently tracked until resolved,” Chief Rusmiati added. She urged the public to stay alert and take part in maintaining security.
